Your information
Privacy, plainly.
We use your details to arrange and manage your appointment. We never sell your information.
Who looks after your information
Carlyle Wellness, run by Alexandra Carlyle is responsible for your appointment information. Warren provides the website and booking system. Questions about your information can be sent to alex_carlyle@hotmail.co.uk.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, phone number, chosen treatment, length, date and time. An appointment request also includes your message. We use these details to arrange the service you request, manage availability and send appointment messages. Please leave medical history and other sensitive health information out of the form. It is not a clinical record.
We process these details to take steps at your request before providing a service and to manage that service. The form does not sign you up for marketing. Format checks do not prove that you own an email address or phone number.
Where your details go
The private diary and encrypted backups are hosted by Cloudflare. Only people given access by the administrator can manage the diary. Resend delivers appointment and account emails. You receive your appointment confirmation or request acknowledgement, and Carlyle receives a separate business notification.
These providers may process information outside the UK using their applicable data protection arrangements.
How long we keep it
Website booking and enquiry records are normally kept for no more than 24 months after the appointment or last contact. We may keep related records longer where an ongoing service or legal obligation requires it. You can ask for an earlier review or deletion. This website is not used to keep clinical treatment records.
Requests to remove information also need to cover retained backups and email copies where applicable.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, correct it, or request its removal using the contact above. Other rights may apply depending on why it is processed. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
The private administrator area uses a necessary sign-in cookie. This booking system does not subscribe you to marketing or add advertising cookies. Cloudflare keeps limited technical information to protect the website. Cloudflare’s cookie-free Web Analytics measures visits to the public pages and filters known bots. It does not store analytics cookies or build personal profiles. The private booking workspace is excluded.
